HONOR WIN 2 is a gaming-focused flagship that HONOR will launch in China on October 21, 2026 at 14:30 (GMT+8). Its headline feature is active cooling with two fans. HONOR has not announced a Bangladesh release, and the original WIN launched in China and is not listed in HONOR's global phone catalogue, so Bangladeshi buyers would most likely depend on unofficial imports. What is confirmed and what is still a report

This table separates what HONOR has said itself from what comes from leaks and early listings. We will update it after the launch event.

Dual-fan cooling: what HONOR says

The original WIN had active cooling with a built-in fan. The WIN 2 uses two. HONOR says total airflow is 284% higher than on the previous generation, that body temperature can drop by up to 10°C in 50 seconds in its own lab testing, and that the design passed SGS cooling certification.

Other reports quote different numbers, such as processor temperature drops of around 14 to 15.5°C and an airflow of 1.19 CFM. Those figures do not match HONOR's poster, so treat them as unconfirmed until the launch. Fan noise, thickness and dust and water protection have not been confirmed either.

Chip and performance

HONOR's promotional material points to a Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme platform, and several reports call it the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6, a 2nm chip. An engineering unit with the model number RTW-AN00, 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage and Android 17 scored 5,702,964 on AnTuTu V12, including 2,072,221 for the GPU. This was a pre-launch test unit, so retail phones and their thermal settings may behave differently. The only price HONOR has quoted so far is for the 12GB + 512GB version.

Display, battery and design

HONOR's promotional material lists a 2K OLED panel with a 185Hz refresh rate. The screen size is reported as 6.89 inches in recent coverage, while earlier leaks said 6.83 inches, the size of the original WIN. The battery is reported at roughly 10,000 to 10,100 mAh with 100W wired charging, but the exact figure is not confirmed.

Price in China

HONOR's global marketing chief said the 12GB + 512GB model costs 5,499 yuan with the Chinese subsidy. He also quoted 5,999 yuan after a limited-time discount and 6,299 yuan as HONOR's own price for the same model. The subsidy applies to buyers in China. The original WIN started at 3,999 yuan for 12GB + 256GB, so the WIN 2 is a clear step up, and reports point to higher memory costs as one reason. No entry-level price for the WIN 2 has been announced yet.

Will HONOR WIN 2 come to Bangladesh?

HONOR has not confirmed any global release. The original WIN launched in China and is not listed in HONOR's global phone catalogue, yet it reached Bangladesh through unofficial importers: listings in 2026 show the 12GB + 256GB model at about ৳77,000 (MobileDokan) to ৳78,999 (Rio International), marked “Unofficial” with a service warranty rather than an official HONOR warranty. The WIN 2 will most likely follow the same route after October 21.

Estimated price (our own estimate, not a store listing): the original WIN sells in Bangladesh at roughly ৳19 to ৳20 for every yuan of its China launch price. Applying that range to 5,499 to 6,299 yuan suggests about ৳105,000 to ৳126,000 for the 12GB + 512GB model, most likely around ৳110,000 to ৳125,000. Early imports are often priced higher and then settle, and exchange rates, duties and shop margins can move the number. We will replace this estimate with real listings as soon as they appear.

Who it suits and who should wait

It suits mobile gamers who want sustained performance, active cooling and a very large battery, and who are comfortable buying an imported phone. Wait if you need an official warranty in Bangladesh, if price matters most, or if you want to see real reviews first, especially on fan noise, thickness and thermal behavior. Reports also mention a WIN RT 2, a WIN Turbo 2 and a WIN tablet from the same event, but their details are still unconfirmed.

What to watch on October 21

  • Final specs: battery size, display size and chip name.
  • Prices for every storage option, not just 12GB + 512GB.
  • Any word on global or Bangladesh availability.
  • Early reviews on fan noise, thickness and temperature.

We will update this post after the event.
